Dow has received a top score in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index, highlighting its commitment to LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. The company offers comprehensive policies and practices that support the LGBTQ+ community, including equal benefits for same-sex partners related to insurance, parental leave, and survivor benefits. Dow has established global minimum standards for paid time off for new parents and family caregivers, which apply to birthing and non-birthing parents, regardless of gender, as well as adoptive and foster parents. In the United States, fertility benefits coverage extends to same-sex couples.
