Sunday, March 2: Standish-Sterling Central High School standout Cole Prout’s college team loses to Western Kentucky Hilltoppers

On Sunday, March 2, former Standish-Sterling Central High School standout Cole Prout’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, lost 8-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.

The game took place at Nick Denes Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Hilltoppers this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 4 p.m. at Worthington Field at Liberty Baseball Stadium against Liberty Flames.
