DJ Thompson, former Alma Senior High School standout, played on Friday, Feb. 28 in NCAA Division I baseball game

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Alma Senior High School standout DJ Thompson’s current college team, the Western Michigan Broncos, lost 16-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The Broncos’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 2 p.m. at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium against Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
