State Representative Bill G. Schuette has issued a reminder for Mid-Michigan residents about an upcoming joint town hall meeting in Midland. The event, which will also feature state Senator Roger Hauck, is scheduled for Thursday, March 13.

The town hall aims to provide a platform for residents to submit questions and learn about legislative plans in Lansing. It is set to take place from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Midland VFW located at 3013 Bay City Road.

"Senator Hauck and I are looking forward to this event and invite anyone who is interested to attend," Schuette stated. "House and Senate Republicans are continuing to prioritize affordability, local roads, jobs, responsible state spending, and many other key issues as these are things we hear about from people we represent across Mid-Michigan. I'm excited to talk about how we are addressing these things and other local issues while answering any questions people who stop by may have."

Residents are encouraged to submit their questions ahead of time via email at [email protected]. A photo ID will be required for entry into the event.
