- Friday, February 9th, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Rose City Café, located at 612 S. Bennett Street in Rose City.

- Friday, February 9th, from 12-1 p.m. in the Commissioner's Meeting Room at the Iosco County Building, located at 420 W. Lake Street in Tawas City.
