2022 Small Business Expo On August 25th At Morley Plaza

The Saginaw Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) will host the 2022 Small Business Expo on Thursday, August 25 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Morley Plaza, 133 N. Washington. This year’s expo is free to the public and will encourage the community to “Shop Local.”

The 2022 Small Business Expo will feature over 50 small business vendors and some of your favorite local food trucks! The community is encouraged to attend this free event at Morley Plaza and check out all the fantastic products and services offered by our local businesses.

The 2022 Small Business Expo is also a great opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to learn more about SEDC and starting a business in the City of Saginaw. “Starting your own business may seem overwhelming and out of reach for many, but there are several helpful resources available through the Saginaw Economic Development Corporation. The Small Business Expo is our opportunity to highlight these resources and show every ambitious entrepreneur how we can help their business. It’s also a fun night for residents that just want to learn more about our local businesses and what they have to offer.” – Kisha Smith, Saginaw

Economic Development Corporation Coordinator.

The 2022 Small Business Expo is sponsored by the City of Saginaw, Isabella Bank, Huntington Bank, Independent Bank, Michigan Banner and PNC Bank. Music will be provided by DJ Tools. There will also be a raffle, door prizes and giveaways for the public throughout the evening.

“Our small businesses are the heart of our community, and we want to see our local businesses succeed. This is an excellent opportunity to come out and support our small businesses, and for anyone who has a goal to start their own business to learn more about the assistance offered through SEDC and the City of Saginaw.” -- Tim Morales, City Manager.
