Is your phone number up-to-date with Utility Customer Service (UCS)? The phone number you have on file is what we use to contact you in case of a water issue. We run a Continuous Use Report each weekday and will call if we notice an issue.
If you need to update your phone number please email UCS at utilitycustomerservice@BayCityMI.org, call them at 989-894-8104 option 7, or stop by the office between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays.
The UCS/Treasurer’s Office is located in Suite 106 on the lower level of City Hall, 301 Washington Avenue.
