Bay-Arenac ISD is hiring an Adult Basic Education (ABE) Reading Instructor. This is a part-time evening position—five hours a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8:30 pm. The teacher will instruct adult learners by preparing them for their GED or high school diploma. Classes will be held at the BAISD Career Center.
Qualifications: Must hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate; Secondary Certificate and BA endorsement; Experience teaching adult learners ; Experience in differentiated instruction and contextualized learning, preferred.
