Election Day Statistics!

Here’s a quick look at Election Day statistics! Across the City, 21% of registered voters cast a ballot in this election. That’s the same percentage as six-years ago in the same type of election.

The biggest difference was the number of in-person versus absentee voters – there were more absentee voters this time around.

In addition, we have more voters! There are nearly 2,300 more voters compared to 2016.

The NEXT election is on November 8, 2022. This will be the General Election. You can start preparing now by going to www.Michigan.gov/Vote to learn more about the election process, how to register to vote, and more! Be Prepared, Bay City!
