Bay-Arenac ISD is hiring a Supervisor for Building and Grounds. The Building Grounds Supervisor assures that the maintenance and the custodial department provide high-quality, cost-effective services in a timely manner; assures that new building and/or renovation projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with Board Policy and statute or regulatory agency requirements; assures that district structure and infrastructure supports current and future educational and/or business purpose; assures that facilities are compliant with Federal and State statutes and compliant with Homeland Security requirements. In compliance with state and federal law, administrative agency requirements, and Board Policy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associates Degree is a field related to Physical Plant Management, Supervision, and Project Management;
• A minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Physical Plant Management, Supervision, Project Management, and General Transportation Operations;
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deal effectively with stress.
