City of Coldwater issued the following announcement on Apr 11.
Starting on Monday, April 18, 2022, CBPU crews will begin the semi-annual hydrant flushing throughout the City.
Flushing will continue through Friday, April 22, 2022. Flushing will start with Ward 1, then 4, 2, and finally 3. Flushing will occur from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. During flushing, you may notice a slight discoloration of your water. If this occurs, slowly run cold water out of your faucet until the water becomes clear.
Please exercise caution when approaching a hydrant, as the road may be wet! If you have any questions, please contact the CBPU at (517) 279-9531.
