Alma Public Schools issued the following announcement on Feb 21.
This week's APS staff spotlight is on 5th grade teacher, Mr. Cody Nevins. Mr. Nevins has taught at APS for 7 years. He is married to Mrs. Nevins who teaches at DLPMS and together they have a 9 month old, Cooper. You may not have known that Mr. Nevins was the 2014 Alma College homecoming king! In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, hanging out up north, and spending time with his family.
The best piece of advice that Mr. Nevins has given and wants to share with others is that, "Overworking yourself is NOT an accomplishment! Taking care of yourself is!"
