Village of Breckenridge issued the following announcement on Feb 1.
It is that time of year again!!
Once again submissions are being accepted for the Annual Gratiot Downtown Art Expo. This is a collaborative project between the communities of Alma, Breckenridge, Ithaca, St. Louis and the Alma Community Art Center.
Each year 20 downtown lampposts are decorated with beautiful painted banners by local artists and students.
Copies of the brochure can be picked up at the Village Hall, Howe Memorial Library or the Breckenridge Elementary and High School offices.
Anyone can participate (must be at least 8 years old). If chosen your work of art will decorate the lampposts downtown.
Submission deadline is March 1, 2022.
