Jill Johnston, Hillcrest Title 1 Reading Teacher, is the District Staff Spotlight this week!
Mrs. Johnston has taught in the district for 11 years. She is an Alma High School as well as Alma College alum! She loves to help kids learn how to improve their reading, and helping them find books they will love to read! In her free time, she loves to read, do puzzles, play trivia, and relax outside when he weather is nice. An interesting fact about is is that when she was younger, she wanted to be an artist when she grew up. (she says that anyone who has ever seen her draw would very surprised by this!) Her favorite quote is "when you know better, do better."
