Alma Public Schools issued the following announcement on Jan 3.
This week's district staff spotlight is on Luce Road Media Center Paraprofessional, Kim Hamad. This is Mrs. Hamad's third year as an APS employee. She love getting to be with all the kids! They make her laugh. In her spare time she loves to read or watch movies with her twins. Something that is interesting about her is that her older sister and her both have a set of twins. She also went to school in the United Kingdom which is where she met her husband. The best piece of advice she has been given is from her grandpa. He used to tell her “if you are driving through a storm, just keep driving." Mrs. Hamad thinks that advice applies to more than just actual driving!
Mrs. Hamad does so much more than library time with classes each week. She is always lending a helping hand and being a positive support to students and staff.
