The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate John Moolenaar, Moolenaar for Congress, refunded $2,900 to David E. Kepler II on March 4, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Moolenaar for Congress has refunded $8,500 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
