Bay City School District recently issued the following announcement.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Bay City Public Schools, School District City of Bay City, Bay and Saginaw Counties will hold a REGULAR MEETING beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 8, 2021, in the district at Bay City Western Middle and High School Auditorium, 500 W. Midland Road, Auburn, Michigan 48611.

If you want to contact the board of education regarding any items on the agenda or any other school district business, send an email to info@bcschools.net putting “Board of Education” in the email’s subject line, the email will be forwarded to all board members.

This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated in agenda item Call to the Audience. 

The business of the district may include the opportunity to consider matters in closed session, as permitted under the Open Meetings Act and the board may reconvene in open session for possible action on these matters, or any other matter that may be necessary.

Any person with a disability who needs accommodations for participation in this meeting should contact the Board Office at (989) 686-9700 at least 5 days in advance of the meeting to request assistance. Upon request to the superintendent, the District shall make reasonable accommodation for a person with disabilities to be able to participate in this meeting. Official minutes of school board meetings are stored and available for inspection in the Office of the Superintendent.
