Au Gres-Sims School District issued the following announcement on Nov 4.
Please take notice that on November 9, 2021 at 5:45 o’clock p.m., in the Au Gres-Sims Elementary School Library, Au Gres, Michigan, the Au Gres-Sims Board of Education will hold a public hearing to consider the District’s proposed amended 2021-22 budget.
The Board may not adopt its proposed amended 2021-22 budget until after the public hearing. A copy of the proposed amended 2021-22 budget, including the proposed property tax millage rate, is available for public inspection during normal business hours of 8 am - 4:00 pm at Au Gres-Sims School District Administration Office, 310 Court St., Au Gres, Michigan.
The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. *
