City of Auburn issued the following announcement on Oct 29.
Hi Auburn - I'd like to take a minute today to let you know that I have resigned my position with the City. My last day will be on Wednesday, November 3rd. I have enjoyed my time working for all of you, and who knows, maybe one day I'll be back. In the meantime, communicate with City Hall, your City Administrator, your Commissioners and Mayor. Talk with your neighbors. Help find sustainable solutions. Take five minutes to do something for the community. Because it's yours.
Facebook, Next Door (a neighborhood based social media site), and the City Website will be transitioning to a new administrator over the next few days.
A job posting for a part-time office assistant has been posted to the City website at www.auburnmi.org under Job Openings. Applications are due by November 3, 2021.
