Bay City School District issued the following announcement on Oct 12.
"I am so thankful to have been chosen as one of the randomly drawn teachers to win the Meier & Associates Wishlist. My wishlist was practice drum pads for my classes. Myself and the students are very thankful for this kind and unexpected gift." - Mr. Richards
