There was one carnival/amusement license issued by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) in Saginaw County during April 2021, an increase over the previous month, according to data provided by the department.

No carnival/amusement licenses were issued in Saginaw County during March.

LARA is composed of several agencies, bureaus and commissions that influence business growth and job creation through regulation.
