The Mott Community College Board of Trustees Personnel Committee will meet at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act (OMA), the meeting will take place via Zoom teleconference.
To join the meeting:
Call 312-626-6799.
When prompted, enter the meeting ID (952-1102-5855#).
When prompted again, press the pound sign (#).
Those wishing to provide public comment during the Board meeting in writing or via phone may submit the following form (https://forms.gle/M9Thw3P1e8M7YEv97). Forms must be received by 3 p.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2020. Persons wishing to provide public comment may also contact the Assistant Secretary via phone (810-762-5640) or email (michael.simon@mcc.edu).
The Board may also move to proceed in Executive (Closed) Session to discuss matters allowed pursuant to the Michigan Open Meetings Act.
