Cost of college went up for all students at Dorsey Business Schools-Saginaw

Tuition and fees rose 1.5 percent for 2018-19 at Dorsey Business Schools-Saginaw, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Michigan students paid $20,772 to attend the private for-profit school this year – $300 more than the $20,472 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 90 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 28 students received grants or scholarships totaling $163,558 and 27 students took out student loans totaling more than $317,101.

Including all undergraduates (157), 102 students used grants or scholarships totaling $524,202, and 98 students took out $746,195 in federal student loans.
