STARS will be holding a public hearing to discuss systemwide service standards, including vehicle load and headways, vehicle assignment, amenities, service availability, on-time performance standards, and determination of standards. The hearing will be held at the Saginaw City Council Chambers inside Saginaw City Hall, 1315 S, Washington Ave., Saginaw, MI 48601 on September 12th at 6pm. STARS will provide free rides home from the hearing for all attendees.
